Introducing the Brooke Loaf –
A gluten free loaf enriched with whole grain flours of Brown rice and Sorghum along with linseed and chia seeds.
The Brooke Loaf is also dairy and soy free.
Moist and fresh for up to three days. The loaf also freezes well ensuring it lasts even longer.

The Brooke Loaf is named in honour of my nephew Brooke, age 32, who passed away in January 2016 after a brave battle.
His good friend Bex and her mother would make him a gluten-free loaf of bread as a gift of Love. The recipe was passed onto me.
At Bliss Bakery we have built on it to give you these three wonderfully diverse loaves of Bread.
