Our gluten-free shortbread baking mix can be used to make traditional shortbread or bite-sized yoyos.  Our delicious raspberry icing mix is included, making it easier for you.

The gluten-free Afghan Baking Mix will give you a soft biscuit with that iconic cornflake crunch. They can be served on their own or in the traditional way with chocolate icing (supplied), topped with a walnut of your own.
