We use our #1 Baking Mix to successfully bake cakes, biscuits, brownies, slices, scones and muffins. When adapting your traditional gluten containing recipes just replace the flour cup for cup.

The Bliss Bakery Classic loaf mix makes an everyday gluten-free bread. It will give you a moist loaf (or rolls) filled with the nuttiness of wholegrain Brown rice and Sorghum with the goodness of linseed and chia seeds.
