We have taken our bread roll mix, added a blend of spices and sultanas to bring you these delicious tasting Hot Cross Buns. 

Sweet spices and sultanas are mixed with our own flour blend. To heighten the taste experience the crosses are made with a sweet choux pastry. Our Hot Cross Buns are soft and moist so they can be enjoyed fresh for two to three days. For longer keeping freeze and reheat or toast.
