Made with our own Bliss gluten-free whole-grain flour blend, this carrot cake is just the right balance of flavour and sweetness.

The texture is moist and light which allows the cake to keep fresh for up to 5 days. It is finished with a classic cream cheese icing, garnished with chocolate swirls and pearls


Carrots, pineapple, canola oil, yoghurt (milk), fresh eggs, brown and white sugar, Flours: sorghum, brown and white rice, Starches; – tapioca, corn, potato. Baking soda, spices, guar gum, salt.

Icing: Icing sugar, cream cheese (milk, salt, vegetable gum), butter (milk, salt)

Garnish: Chocolate pearls, (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter (soy lecithin) vanilla). Chocolate swirls (sugar, vegetable fats (palm kernel), cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) vanilla. Gold pearls (Dextrose, sugar, glucose syrup, corn starch, Pearlescent pigments, Confectioners glaze, Caramel (Colour, gum Arabic,Yellow5carauba Wax, red 40)
