The Classic loaf is an everyday golden gluten-free bread, moist with whole grain flours of Brown rice and Sorghum and the flavours of golden linseed and white chia seeds.

The Classic Brooke Loaf will stay moist and fresh for at least three days. Also freezes well to ensure they last even longer.
