Bliss Bakery wants your online ordering experience to be satisfying and worry free. To ensure your safety and privacy, our online policy is outlined as follows.
Prices
All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) of 15%. While we endeavor to ensure the accuracy of our pricing on the website, Bliss Bakery reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Payment
Bliss Bakery accepts internet banking payments using POLi gateway and major credit cards through Stripe gateway.
Representation Accuracy
Online shop product photos are depicted as accurately as possible but due to the product’s handmade nature, variations in size, colour and likeness may occur.
Delivery
Delivery is within Hamilton City boundaries only. Bliss Bakery responsibility for delivered goods stops once delivery instructions have been completely executed.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as early as possible . In such cases any item ordered will be fully refunded provided that the order is cancelled by email or phone before the product has been made. If the order is not cancelled by email or phone before the product has been made the full charge will apply for that order.
Returns
Please check the product at the time of pick up for any damage. If damaged please contact Bliss Bakery immediately to arrange refund or replacement of the product.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product then please return the product to Bliss Bakery at 6 Mullane Street, Hamilton and one of our staff will complete a complaint form with you which will be dealt with by the manager within three days.
Security
Bliss Bakery understands the importance of privacy and security. We make use of SSL, or Secure Sockets Layer technology to ensure that your details (i.e. credit card details) are encrypted and cannot be intercepted.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and value your business. Bliss Bakery will never make your personal details available to any other party. We will hold your details in order to process your order and at time to time may send you relevant information. If at any time in the future you would like your details removed from our customer list, please advise us accordingly.
