The Bliss Bakery Classic loaf mix makes an everyday gluten-free bread. It will give you a moist loaf (or rolls) filled with the nuttiness of wholegrain Brown rice and Sorghum with the goodness of linseed and chia seeds.
Once baked the bread will stay fresh and moist for up to three days, making it ideal for sandwiches without needing to be toasted first.
The Classic Bread Mix has been laboratory tested to ensure it is gluten free (<3ppm).
